Xprice.pk delivers nationwide across Pakistan. Here's what to expect from order to delivery.

Coverage Area

We currently ship to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and Quetta. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer — see timelines below.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and handed over to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.) — 3–5 business days
  • Other cities and towns — 4–6 business days
  • Remote/rural areas — 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier volume, weather, or regional conditions beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges depends on the product but currently we are charging a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 for most of our products.

Any applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Confirmation

Since most orders are Cash on Delivery, we may call, SMS, or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before it is dispatched. Please keep your phone reachable to avoid delays or cancellation.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery status with our courier partner.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will typically attempt delivery 2 times.
  • If delivery cannot be completed after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us and cancelled.
  • Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders for that account.

Damaged or Missing Items on Delivery

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery where possible. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours — see our Return & Refund Policy for the full process.
